Welcome Alba Press Customers!

We are writing this letter to you as a valued, long-time customer of Daniels Communications Group, owner of Alba Press, CopyCop and BFSDaniels. As of April 27, 2010 the business relationship between the Bejoian family and Daniels ended. Going forward, JC, Laurie, and Sara Bejoian will no longer be your print and design representatives at Daniels, and they cannot compete with us for a certain period of time.

Even if you have never heard of Daniels or any of our design and print companies, you should know that BFSDaniels, or CopyCop, has been printing jobs for Alba Press for the last two years since we acquired them in August 2008. However, there are no guarantees that we have in fact been doing your printing, or received payment for jobs that we did print.

BFSDaniels and CopyCop have a team of dedicated customer service representatives and skilled craftspeople working in 6 locations around Boston and Waltham. They are knowledgeable about past jobs that we have completed for you, and will research any job that you thought was placed with us that may have been completed elsewhere and billed by Alba Press.

Lauren Daniels and I are available as your new contact for quotes, design, and print related services. We would welcome the chance to visit and meet with you in person to address your needs and to answer any questions that you might have regarding this sudden news. We have closed Alba in Belmont, and temporarily forwarded the 617.484.2235 phone number to our affiliate company, CopyCop in Waltham.
